Speaking recently from the Royal Garden Party this year, which was in celebration of the centenary of the caravan, Cheryl Baker said, "there was a stigma attached to caravanning, but it's great fun, it's not an old-fashioned fuddy-duddy thing. Caravans have all the mod cons now."

Welcome to the lifestyle pages. This is our second season of lifestyles and is proving very popular. We will still be expanding the lifestyles next season with even more fascinating and brilliant stuff.

Then we have 'the camping canines' for all those campers who love to take their dogs camping, here we have first aid help, pooch of the season and dog etiquette plus much more. We have a few competitions to get you on your way and a location focus that looks at different cities, town and villages that you wouldn't normally think of for camping. This season we take a look at Scarborough and what it has to offer.
